STUDY INSTRUMENT

This study instrument is simple in construction but will not disappoint in terms of sound and playability.

It has an arched top in fine alpine spruce and thin bended sides in maple which make this nyckelharpa a real lightweight. It has 4 melody strings and 8 sympathetic strings.

The keyboard is available in 3 or 4 rows.

A 10-14-14-22 key dividing is possible as well.

TRADITIONAL NYCKELHARPA

This instrument is built according to the Swedish principle. This means that the sound box was made from a solid piece of wood. The top is bended over the round shape of the sound box.

It has 4 melody strings and 12 sympathetic strings.

The keyboard is available in 3 or 4 rows. A 10-14-14-22 key dividing is possible as well.

This nyckelharpa has an arched top and bottom leaf and bended sides. It is constructed according to the principle of a violin and is therefore remarkably light in weight.

A version with five melody strings and 4 rows of keys was chosen for this instrument. The built-in piezo element provides a very natural, balanced sound and gives a decent volume without feedback. This nyckelharpa is therefore a full-fledged and versatile concert instrument!

The keyboard is available in 3 or 4 rows. A 10-14-14-22 key dividing is possible as well.

CONCERT NYCKELHARPA
celloharpa1_edited.jpg

The celloharpa is the big brother of the concert nyckelharpa you see above. This instrument has a scale length of 535 mm and, due to its dimensions, has a beautiful deep sound that, as the name suggests, is close to that of a cello.

As with all other instruments, the design can be discussed according to your personal preference.

E-HARPA

This full electric nyckelharpa has a body made of flamed maple. The other parts are made in kingwood.

Here too a piezo element was used and gives a surprisingly natural sound that you can colour as you wish afterwards.

The tuning pegs are "Wittner" finetuning pegs with a ratio 1: 8, which makes tuning very comfortable. No resonance strings are provided here as standard. With the right amplifier and some effect pedals you can play any style of music from classical to metal!
